Hi Friends,
Gratitude seems to be the most fitting theme for November as we ready ourselves for Thanksgiving Day and for the holidays (can you even believe it’s already November?!)
I know thankfulness is an area I am always hoping to do better in. It is my hope that focusing on these specific Bible verses will help us all cultivate and maintain grateful hearts not only in November, but all year long.
Whether your November is filled with family, friends, volunteering, community activities, or is more quiet and pared down, may your heart swell with thankfulness at all God has done and continues to do. He is faithful and kind and good.
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Psalm 103:2-5)
